They operate within the commercial and industrial building sectors, specialising in industrial buildings – including factories and warehouses – as well as commercial buildings such as office parks, shopping malls and retail developments. Due to ongoing workload they need strong confident planner who would be able to set up a department, train staff and ensure continuous updating of programmes.
